Fixing your FBLA integration
Has you Facebook Lead Ads integration stopped working? Read on to see how that can be fixed.
Check that your FBLA integration is complete (look up the intructions here).
Take into consideration the working hours of the consultants selected in your integration. If you submit a lead form outside working hours, the callback will not be made then.
Make sure that the LiveCall app has the relevant permissions to access your leads from Facebook.
You can check this on your Facebook.
Go to Settings.
Open the Business Integrations:
View and edit the LiveCall app. Make sure that LiveCall is given access to your Page and Leads (both checkboxes are ticked).
Go to your Business settings page on Facebook.
In the menu on the left-hand side click Integrations. Select Lead Access from the dropdown.
Then, click on your page. On the right side, click on CRM Systems. If under Applications you don't see LiveCall that means you found the source of the issue!
To fix it, click on Assign CRM System and choose LiveCall from the list. Click Assign. That should help!
The classic "Have you tried turning it off and on again" still works wonders if you miss something in the previous steps.
